Introduction

Promo templates and emails are easily customised to give you professionally branded promos that will look and feel like a part of your label. A default template is included with your account to help you get started straight away. This can be customised using the template editor which you can access through the dashboard inside your account (under 'Settings' > 'Templates').

Should you add additional templates, they will share the global settings of your account: namely the Reply-to name, the Reply-to email address, the Opt-In subscription invitation email and the Footer link on your promos.

Depending on your price plan and how many templates you already have, additional email and promo templates are either free or cost £5 each and share the global settings of your account: namely the Reply-to name, the Reply-to email address, the Opt-In subscription invitation email and the Footer link on your promos.

Template Design

Editing templates

To edit your FATdrop email and promo templates, you must take the following steps:

Go to Templates and click the 'Edit' option next to the template you wish to change.

Both templates have 5 different sections that can be adjusted:

Text - Edit Font, Allignment, Size and Colour of your text

Background - Edit the colours and upload images for the background of your promo and email

Header - Upload images for the header of your promo and email

Footer - Upload images for the footer of your promo and email

Borders - Edit the colour and size of the borders in your opt-in invites and promo emails

Adding Templates

If you'd like to add a template to your account, contact FATdrop via the support channel from your account.

Deleting Templates

To delete an unwanted template, please rename it 'Delete', contact FATdrop and we'll remove it at the end of your billing period.

These template files are avalable for preparing the graphics for your templates - Adobe Illustrator

Footer: 550 x 70px

Promo:
Header: 600 x 140px
Footer: 600 x 60px

Images specifications:
72dpi, RGB, JPEG or GIF (CMYK is not compatible)
